The water flow rate of the rotary drum filter is 1320 gallons per hour which are equal to 5m³ per hour. That’s why it is also called the 5m3/h Mini Rotary Drum Filter. Its working power is 95 W. Traditional fish pond filtration

1.Waterfall trickle filtration(Bakki shower)
Build a trickle box or frame above the pond and place a submersible pump at the far end of the pond to drain water into the trickle box. The trickle filtration needs to be divided into several layers. The first layer is generally filtered cotton, followed by biological balls, activated carbon, bacteria houses, ceramic rings, etc. In this process, the function of filter cotton is to filter most impurities, which need to be replaced regularly. The most important function is the bacteria house, which can remove some harmful bacteria in the water.
2.Water circulation filtration
Cyclic filtration is to achieve the effect of filtration through the circulation of the water body. The most intuitive effect is to increase oxygen, but too frequent water changes are not conducive to the cultivation of biological colonies and the formation of the ecosystem of fish ponds, Excrement, etc. will not disappear completely because of the flow cycle, and it cannot fundamentally play a filtering effect.
3.Sand filter
The water of the fish pond is pumped into the sand filter by the water pump, and these impurities are deposited to the bottom of the sand filter through the filtration of quartz sand and other filter materials in the sand tank. Quartz sand cultivates beneficial bacteria at the bottom of the sand filter to create an ecosystem that decomposes and purifies harmful bacteria. However, it needs to be used with strong biochemical filtration to be used in fish ponds, and it is not suitable for fish ponds with too many baths, and the interior is easy to block.
